Consolidated Ocean Technologies (CoTs) is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) experienced in the development, assembly, integration, test, deployment, and operation of proprietary and commercial subsea systems including but not limited to:

We provide inshore and offshore survey and inspection services using wholly owned and operated Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) systems and CoTs’ inhouse designed vehicle systems. 

We offer the most advanced control system software available for submerged mobility systems. Our state-of-the-art control system and simulation capabilities have been used in the development & analysis of manned and unmanned systems.
