CoTs is pleased to announced a partnership with Theory Marine Services, LLC to provide inshore and offshore survey and inspection services using a fleet of wholly owned and operated Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and CoTs’ inhouse designed vehicle systems.  In addition to data collection, a full complement of data analysis, target positioning and mensuration is available.    

Based in Ventura California, Theory Marine is a safety and innovation focused company providing specialized vessels, equipment, and personnel for clients and projects that require technical capability and unique operational solutions 

To initiate this partnership, CoTs and Theory Marine will perform an offshore ROV inspection off the coast of Catalina, California in November.
